Aydmaxx Shorts Uploader (the "Tool") is a private, internal automation tool provided only for the owners of the Aydan Makhmudov | Agro and Xina Kitchen channels and of the @cardealertracker Instagram account (the "Owners"). It is not offered to the public and has no external users.
The Tool may be used only by the Owners, and only to upload and manage the Owners' own videos on the Owners' own YouTube channels, Instagram accounts and Telegram channels, and to prepare replies to comments on the Owners' own Instagram posts that the Owners review and approve one by one before they are posted. Any other use is not permitted.
The Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. The Owners are responsible for compliance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies, including the disclosure of altered or synthetic content on every upload. For Instagram, the Owners are responsible for compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies.
The Tool is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Owners are responsible for the content uploaded through the Tool.
These terms may be updated at any time; the current version is always published on this page.
