This Privacy Policy explains how Aydmaxx Shorts Uploader (the "Tool"), a private internal automation tool, handles data. The Tool is used only by the owners of the Aydan Makhmudov | Agro and Xina Kitchen channels and of the @cardealertracker Instagram account ("the Owners"). It includes the Meta app Aydan Shorts.
YouTube. The Tool accesses YouTube data through YouTube API Services (YouTube Data API v3) for the authorized channels only: the channel identifier, videos that are uploaded through the Tool, custom thumbnails, subtitles (captions) and scheduled publish times. The Tool also stores OAuth credentials (an access/refresh token) locally on the Owner's computer in the macOS Keychain.
Instagram. Through the Instagram API, for the Owners' own Instagram professional accounts (@aydan_makhmudov, @xinakitchen, @cardealertracker) only: the account identifier and username, the Owners' own posts (Reels, captions, covers), and public comments that other people leave on the Owners' own posts: the comment text, the commenter's Instagram username, the comment time and identifier. The Tool does not access direct messages, follower lists, profile photos or any other data about commenters.
Telegram. The Tool posts the Owners' own videos to the Owners' Telegram channels and sends private notifications to the Owner's own Telegram chat through the Telegram Bot API.
The Tool does not build profiles of people, does not use data for advertising, and makes no automated decisions about anyone. It has no external users.
No data is sold or rented. Data is transmitted only to the services needed for the functions above: Google/YouTube (YouTube API Services), Meta/Instagram (Instagram API), Google Gemini (drafting replies; Google processes this data under its own terms and the Google Privacy Policy), Telegram (the Owners' channels and the Owner's private notifications) and Cloudflare R2 (temporary hosting of the Owners' own video files and covers so that Instagram can fetch them for publishing).
This Tool uses YouTube API Services. By using the Tool you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
The Tool uses the Instagram Platform in line with the Meta Platform Terms and the Meta Developer Policies. Instagram's handling of data is described in the Instagram Privacy Policy.
Comment data and reply drafts are stored only locally on the Owners' computer, not on any server, and are deleted automatically 90 days after they were processed. Credentials (YouTube OAuth tokens, Instagram and Telegram tokens) are stored locally in the macOS Keychain. Notifications in the Owner's Telegram chat remain under the Owner's control.
If you commented on one of the Owners' posts and want your data deleted from the Tool, email the address below with your Instagram username. We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
The Owners can revoke the Tool's access at any time: for YouTube at Google Account → Third-party apps & services (myaccount.google.com/connections), for Instagram in Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites, or by deleting the stored credentials locally. Revoking access stops all further API access.
Any changes to this policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
